When you submit our booking form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, service location, and any message you send us.
We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare your quote, schedule your appointment, and provide our detailing service. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your booking form is delivered to us by email through our form provider (Formspree). We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to keep records of our work.
Under Quebec's privacy law (Law 25), you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us and we'll take care of it.
